China State Construction's 2024 Profit Inches Up 2%

China State Construction's (HKG:3311) attributable profit rose 2.1% to HK$9.36 billion in 2024 from HK$9.16 billion in 2023, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Earnings per share at the construction company increased 2.2% to HK$1.86 from HK$1.82 a year earlier. Analysts at Visible Alpha estimated EPS at HK$2.05.

Revenue inched up 1.2% to HK$115.1 billion from HK$113.7 billion in the previous year. Visible Alpha analysts forecast revenue at HK$127.8 billion.

The company declared a final dividend of HK$0.285 per share, payable July 11 to shareholders on record as of June 20.

Shares jumped 1% during Friday's late morning trading.
