Kutch Copper, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises (NSE:ADANIENT, BOM:512599), incorporated a joint venture in India with Praneetha Ventures named Praneetha Ecocables.
Kutch Copper and Praneetha Ventures each hold a 50% stake in the JV, according to a Wednesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
Praneetha Ecocables will deal in the manufacturing, marketing, distribution, buying, and selling of metal products, cables, and wires.
