Foresight Autonomous (FRSX) said Thursday it signed a commercial cooperation agreement with Indian automotive supplier Excava Attachers to promote its 3D perception systems in India.
Financial terms were not provided.
Under the agreement, Excava will handle manufacturing and sales, while Foresight will provide technology and know-how, the company said, adding that it expects potential revenue of up to $19.5 million between 2025 and 2029.
The companies also plan to form a local joint venture to support production and sales, with funding and operational details to be determined, Foresight said.
Excava may also consider a strategic investment in Foresight, the company said.
Shares of Foresight were down 1% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
