1416 GMT - CreditSights analysts advise investors to exercise caution while investing in corporate bonds within the satellite sector. The analysts have a weak outlook on most legacy players in the industry, even as the sector is drawing investor interest due to potentially higher defense spending in Europe. Some longstanding firms have struggled to keep up with new developments and have a hard time cutting costs, CreditSights says. "We continue to be cautious on satellite but it is all about credit selection." CreditSights has a buy recommendation on the bonds of Hughes Networks Systems; has a market perform rating on Eutelsat Communications and Inmarsat; and underperform ratings on Viasat, SES and Telesat.
