BlueRock facing $3m in directors’ dismissal claims

Professional services firm BlueRock is facing almost $3 million in damages claims from two ex-senior directors who allege they were unlawfully sacked in response to their inquiries over equity or financial payments.

The fast-growing mid-tier firm is battling the two separate lawsuits in the Federal Circuit Court as it deals with the exit of at least five senior employees to rival accounting and legal firms last year, including its former managing director of law.
