Technology stocks declined premarket Thursday as the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) was down 0.4% and the SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) was 2.9% lower recently.
VNET Group (VNET) shares fell by more than 10% after the company said it plans a $400 million offering of convertible senior notes due April 1, 2030.
