Integer Holdings (ITGR) priced an $875 million offering of 1.875% convertible senior notes due in March 2030. Part of the net proceeds would be used to exchange about $383.7 million of its 2.125% convertible senior notes due 2028 with the issuance of about 1.6 million shares.
Integer shares recently were off about 1.4%. Over 2.1 million shares have been traded Friday compared with a daily average of around 290,000 shares.
