Beijing Hanbang Technology (SHE:300449) plans to acquire 51% of information services company Anhui Yilu Micro-Travel Technology through the issuance of shares, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Thursday.
The stake will be bought from Shenzhen Gaodeng Computer Technology. The final number of shares and the transaction price are yet to be determined.
The Chinese digital video surveillance company suspended the trading of its shares amid the announcement of the potential acquisition.
