Suzhou Douson Drilling & Production Equipment (SHA:603800) subsidiary Levi Investment will invest 10 million yuan to acquire a 22.2% stake in Gongqingcheng Bifang Venture Capital Partnership.
The fund focuses on equity investments in unlisted enterprises, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Shares of the wellhead equipment maker were down over 3% in recent trade.
