Kakao Healthcare and AIA Life Insurance have partnered to promote digital healthcare solutions, Pulse News reported Monday.
The parties signed an agreement that will allow Kakao Healthcare to extend personalized health management services, with the use of its artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics technologies, to AIA Life Insurance customers, the report said.
The collaboration will push for innovation in insurance services and improvement in user experience, the report quoted Kakao Healthcare CEO Huang See as saying.
The venture will also create shared value, especially in the prevention of chronic diseases, the report cited AIA Life Insurance CEO Nathan Chiang as saying.
