Agro Tech Foods (NSE:ATFL, BOM:500215) has changed its name to Sundrop Brands, effective Saturday, according to a same-day filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
The name was changed after receiving approval and a new certificate of incorporation from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs of India.
Shares of the company were down 1% in recent trading.
