Resolution Minerals (ASX:RML) entered into a binding agreement to acquire three antimony, gold, and copper projects in New South Wales and Queensland, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The acquisitions include the Drake East antimony-gold project and Spur South gold-copper project in New South Wales and the Neardie antimony project in Queensland.
Drake East holds high-grade mineralization, including 5.3% antimony, 60.9 grams per tonne (g/t) grade of gold, and 214 g/t silver, while the Neardie project holds peak values of about 20% antimony, the filling added.
The company's shares jumped 67% in recent Monday trade.
