Verizon Communications (VZ) said in a regulatory filing Tuesday it expects consumer postpaid phone net additions to be affected by 3-5 basis points of customer turnover in Q1 compared with a year earlier because of recent pricing actions.

The company expects Q1 postpaid phone gross additions to be flat to slightly down from the previous year, it said in an 8-K filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Verizon shares were down more than 7% in recent trading activity.
