TBEA (SHA:600089) plans to construct an alumina factory for 6.78 billion yuan, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange on Saturday.
The factory will produce 2.4 million tons of alumina products every year.
The project will be invested and constructed through the Chinese solar panel company's subsidiary, Fangchenggang Zhongsilu New Materials Technology.
The project's funds will be supplemented with 2.03 billion yuan from Fangchenggang Zhongsilu New Materials, and 4.75 billion yuan in loans.
