Biotron (ASX:BIT) delayed the dispatch of its prospectus and the opening of its rights issue due to queries raised by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company is now aiming to open the rights issue on March 17, given the number of shareholders and consequential printing, with the timetable to be confirmed as soon as practicable, the filing said.
Shares fell 25% in midday trade Monday, hitting an all-time low.
