Malaysia Smelting Berhad (SGX:NPW) plans to issue 420 million bonus shares on a 1-for-1 basis, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The proposal would double the company's issued share capital to 840 million shares without capitalizing reserves or increasing share capital value.
The theoretical ex-bonus price is estimated at 1.1274 ringgit based on the five-day volume-weighted average price of 2.2548 ringgit.
