Oversea-Chinese Banking (SGX:O39) transferred 196,713 treasury shares for employee share schemes on March 7, valued at SG$2.8 million, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
This reduces OCBC's treasury shares to 18.2 million, or 0.4052% of outstanding shares, from 18.4 million, or 0.4096%, before the transfer.
