** Australian lender Commonwealth Bank of Australia said it has sold its remaining 4.4% stake in Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank , marking its full exit from the Vietnamese lender.

** Nvidia-backed CoreWeave said on Tuesday it is acquiring AI developer platform Weights & Biases, as the company seeks to extend its cloud platform ahead of its IPO.
