Province Resources (ASX:PRL) received approval from the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) to delist its shares, following suspension from trading on April 6, 2023, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company cited liquidity issues and the inability to re-comply with ASX listing rules as key reasons for the move.

The company has applied to be listed on the National Stock Exchange of Australia (NSX) and expects to start trading on the NSX by the first quarter of the fiscal year, the filing said.
