Bank of New York Mellon (BK) said Wednesday that its unit will redeem all its $500 million floating rate callable senior bank notes due March 13, 2026.
The company said redemption will take place on March 13, with the redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount plus any accrued and unpaid interest.
After the redemption date, the notes will no longer be considered outstanding, and interest will stop accruing, the company said.
