OPAL Fuels (OPAL) said Wednesday it has reached agreements to establish five fueling stations in Canada.
The company said the facilities, secured with long-term fuel supply contracts, are scheduled to become operational in Q4.
The stations are expected to distribute approximately 3.85 million gasoline gallon equivalents annually, totaling about 40 million GGE over the duration of the agreements, OPAL Fuels said.
The company's shares were up more than 8% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
