Singapore's Housing and Development Board's (HDB) build-to-order flats at the Mount Pleasant housing state will launch in October, according to a Wednesday media release.
The estate will be comprised of around 1,500 two to four-room flats, along with public rental flats.
The new housing estate is part of HDB's strategy to increase public housing stock by 11%.
