Anew Health filed for an initial public offering with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The medication-management and pharmacy-care provider on Friday said that it would issue 5 million ordinary shares at a price of $4 a share.

The company said it planned to list its shares on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol AVG.

The company expects to receive net proceeds from the offering of around $16.4 million, with around 30% of it planned for establishing a new treatment center in Hong Kong.

Anew Health reported revenue of $40.8 million for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024, from $27.3 million for the same period a year earlier.
