March 7 (Reuters) - China's Evergrande Property Services Group 6666.HK said on Friday that it expects to record a decrease in its annual profit for the year ended December 31, 2024, as it incurred legal expenses in relation to the 13.4 billion yuan ($1.85 billion) deposit pledge, among others.
The property developer expects to record an unaudited net profit between 980 million yuan and 1,120 million yuan in fiscal 2024 compared 1,563.8 million yuan from a year before.
