VAALCO Energy (EGY) said Wednesday that it has entered a new six-year revolving credit facility with an initial commitment of $190 million, which can go up to $300 million.
The company said it arranged the new facility primarily to provide short-term funding to supplement internally generated cash as it executes its planned investment programs.
The new facility replaces the company's existing undrawn revolving credit facility.
