Maan Aluminium (NSE:MAANALU, BOM:532906) has acquired a building along with leasehold land at Devas in Madhya Pradesh, India, for 87.5 million Indian rupees, according to a Thursday filing with the Indian stock exchanges.
The land will be used to expand the company's aluminium extrusion and value-added services.
Shares of the company were up nearly 5% in recent trade.
