Hopson Development Holdings (HKG:0754) recorded gross contracted sales of about 427 million yuan in February, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Of this, the real estate firm's property contracted sales for the month contributed about 419 million yuan, while the decoration contracted sales amounted to 8 million yuan.
For the two months ended February, the group and its relevant associates logged gross contracted sales of about 900 million yuan, of which property contracted sales contributed about 799 million yuan while decoration contracted sales amounted to 101 million yuan.
For the non-self-investment properties under the Hopson brand name, the group recorded contracted sales of 6,074 square meters in gross floor area and 597 million yuan in contracted amount for the properties under Hopson's Construction and Management in February.
For the two months ended Feb. 28, the contracted gross floor area and amount came in at 7,480 square meters and 695 million yuan for non-self-investment properties under the Hopson brand name.
Shares of the company closed over 7% higher on Thursday.
