Alita Resources (SGX:40F) said Australia's corporate regulator granted it an extension until June 30 to file its FY24 financial report due to accounting complexities from its prior administration, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The company, working with auditors EY, aims to complete the accounts by the deadline.
