Arcadium Lithium (ASX:LTM) will be removed from the official list of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), following Rio Tinto Group's (ASX:RIO) acquisition of the company, according to separate US Securities and Exchange filings on Friday.
On Thursday, the company requested the NYSE to file a notification with the Securities and Exchange Commission to delist the company's shares trading under the symbol "ALTM" from the NYSE.
The company's Chess Depositary Interests, trading in the Australian Securities Exchange under the symbol "LTM" is expected to be delisted on March.17.
