Arthur J. Gallagher (AJG) said Friday it has received a second request from antitrust regulators for more information on its proposed purchase of AssuredPartners.
The request extends the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act to 30 days after compliance, the company said.
Gallagher said it is "actively responding" to the request and now anticipates completing the acquisition in H2.
