1218 ET - Gap's 4Q results proved to be solid, with the company's comparable sales being positive at three out of its four brands, Jefferies analysts say in a research note. The apparel retailer has made steps to improve its position under its management team, the analysts say. However, there is growth/margin risk ahead, the analysts say. "We think there are still risks around Old Navy maintaining its historical growth and margin rates, especially with growing competition and nearing all-time margin highs," the analysts add, noting that they believe trends at Old Navy --which drives 60% of revenue and even more of profit, will be a key focus among investors near term.
