SolarEdge Technologies has appointed Asaf Alperovitz to the role of chief financial officer after current CFO Ariel Porat stepped down for personal reasons.
Alperovitz brings with him over three decades of experience to the smart energy technology company, most recently as CFO of the apparel company, Delta Galil, between 2019 and 2024.
He has also held lead roles and other CFO positions at Syneron Medical, Omrix Pharmaceuticals before it was acquired by Johnson & Johnson, Tefron and Allmed Solutions, SolarEdge said Monday.
Porat will remain on board for a period to assist with a smooth handover of responsibilities to Alperovitz.
