Arthur J. Gallagher (AJG) said Monday that it has acquired Minnesota-based retail insurance company Dyste Williams.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The company said Ted Dyste and Nels Dyste will remain part of Gallagher Agency Alliance, reporting to Jen Tadin, head of Gallagher Select, which provides insurance products for small businesses.
