Luminor Financial (SGX:5UA) entered into a shareholder's loan agreement with Van Der Horst for an amount of SG$1.5 million, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Saturday.
Van De Horst is 99.99% owned by non-executive director and controlling shareholder Kwan Che Seng.
The loan will be used for the group's working capital needs, the filing added.
