Kinetik Holdings Q4 Earnings Decline, Revenue Rises; Shares Fall After Hours

Kinetik Holdings (KNTK) reported Q4 earnings late Wednesday of $0.01 per diluted share, down from $1.75 a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.38.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $385.7 million, up from $348.9 million a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $390.3 million.

The company expects full-year 2025 adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization of $1.09 billion to $1.15 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.15 billion.

Shares of the company were down nearly 3% in after-hours activity.
