US benchmark equity indexes are on track to close mixed on Wednesday ahead of Nvidia's (NVDA) quarterly earnings and as investors considered the latest housing market data.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 0.4% to 43,431.6, while the Nasdaq Composite gained 0.1% to 19,036.8. The S&P 500 shed 0.1% to 5,949.5. Among sectors, consumer staples posted the steepest decline while utilities led the gainers.
ZoomInfo Technologies (ZI) gained over 23% after the company issued a full-year earnings outlook ahead of market estimates.
Advance Auto Parts (AAP) fell 18% after the company's Q4 loss widened year-over-year with a decline in revenue.
The 10-year US Treasury yield fell 0.05 basis points to 4.25%, while the two-year rate was little changed at 4.08%.
West Texas Intermediate crude oil was down 0.1% at $68.87 a barrel.
