Mullen Automotive (MULN) shares jumped 68% in recent Wednesday trading after the company said its all-electric commercial vehicles were added to National Auto Fleet Group's Sourcewell contract, allowing government agencies and educational institutions to acquire them more easily.

The company's Mullen ONE and Mullen THREE vehicles are now available for public sector purchasing through Sourcewell, a government organization that simplifies procurement for education, government, and nonprofit entities.

National Auto Fleet Group, a Sourcewell-selected vehicle vendor and one of Mullen's California-based commercial vehicle dealers, facilitates fleet vehicle purchasing for state and local governments and educational institutions, according to the company.
