Workday and Randstad are partnering to integrate the cloud-software company's AI-powered recruiting agent with the latter firm's talent network.
The companies said Wednesday that the integration will help businesses connect with top talent more quickly.
Workday's recruiting agent processed more than 700,000 job requisitions last year and boosted customers' recruiting capacity by an average of 54%. It uses AI to surface qualified leads from past applicants and internal databases.
The agent will now be able to also pull from the talent pool assembled by Randstad, the world's largest employment agency.
Workday shares were up 11% at $283 in premarket trading.
The partnership was announced a day after Workday reported higher fourth-quarter revenue from its subscription business and guided for more growth in the current fiscal quarter and year.
