Nuvve Reports Details of $400 Million New Mexico Contract; Shares Surge

Nuvve (NVVE) shares soared as much as 56% in recent Friday trading session after the company provided details of a $400 million contract awarded by the state of New Mexico that was announced Tuesday to boost electric vehicle infrastructure and renewable energy development.

The company said the four-year contract includes $150 million to electrify the state's more than 2,000 school buses, as well as $250 million to electrify the state's transit and white fleets, which total more than 3,500 state-owned vehicles.
