IHH Healthcare (SGX:Q0F, KLSE:IHH) issued 100,000 new shares following the exercise of options under its 2022 and 2023 Enterprise Option Scheme grants, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The company issued 70,000 shares at 5.92 ringgit each and 30,000 shares at 5.87 ringgit each, bringing its total issued share capital to 8.81 billion shares, valued at 20.06 billion ringgit.
The shares will be listed on Feb. 27.
