BUZZ-China's AIM Vaccine slumps on discounted share sale

** Shares of AIM Vaccine Co 6660.HK drop 12.5% to HK$5.48, on course for biggest one-day pct decline since October 9, 2024

** Vaccine developer and manufacturer says it will sell 15.5 mln new shares to third-party investors, raising HK$77.7 million ($9.99 million) for R&D of pre-clinical and clinical programs, new products development, and for working capital

** Says shares will be issued at HK$5.01 apiece, a 19.97% discount to Thursday's close of HK$6.26

** Hang Seng Commerce & Industry Index .HSNC drops 2.3%, healthcare index .HSCIH falls 2.1% and Hang Seng Index .HSI eases 1.9%
