Chuanglian Holdings (HKG:2371) reported a loss attributable to owners of 25.3 million yuan for the fiscal first half ended Dec. 31, 2024, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The company switched its financial year-end from Dec. 31 to June 30, effective Dec. 11, 2023.
As a result, the company said there are no comparable figures for the current reporting period.
Loss per share was 0.0037 yuan in fiscal H1, while revenue reached 301.8 million yuan.
The online training and education platform's share prices were down 4% in recent trading.
