Meta Health (SGX:5DX) said Bernard Ng Kee Huat will step down as executive director and group CEO on March 1 as part of a management restructuring, taking on the role of chief medical officer, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Ng will continue overseeing the company's healthcare business and assist Law Ren Kai Kenneth, an independent director re-designated as executive chairman, in operational decisions.
With Ng's departure from the board, he will also step down from the audit, remuneration, and nominating committees.
