ESR-REIT (SGX:J91U) launched and priced SG$100 million worth of 4.05% bonds due in 2030 comprised in series 010 bonds, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The bonds will be issued under the trust's SG$750 million multicurrency debt issuance program, with DBS Bank and OCBC serving as joint lead managers.
The bonds are expected to be issued on Feb. 27 and listed on Feb. 28. The bonds will mature on Feb. 27, 2030 and will bear a fixed interest rate of 4.05% per annum payable semi-annually in arrears.
Proceeds from the issuance will be used to refinance existing borrowings and for development and asset enhancement activities, the filing added.
