V-cube (TYO:3681) said its US subsidiary, TEN Holdings, expects to raise $10 million through an initial public offering on Nasdaq, pricing 1.7 million new shares at $6 each, according to a Thursday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
TEN Holdings, which owns TEN Events and provides online and hybrid event platforms, received listing approval on Feb. 11.
