Trigg Minerals (ASX:TMG) received approval from the New South Wales government for the transfer of exploration license 6388, enabling exploration and development of the Wild Cattle Creek antimony deposit within its Achilles project, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The approval allows the company to register a license transfer, enabling the execution of access applications with various landholders, the filing said.

The company is preparing to execute multiple access applications across the tenement area, pending permits from controlling bodies of Crown Land, including the Forestry Corporation NSW, per the filing.

Shares rose nearly 6% in midday trade Monday.
