1249 ET - A harsh downturn for analog chipmakers is firmly in the rearview mirror and revenue is expected to rebound in the current quarter, Analog Devices CEO Vincent Roche says on a call with analysts. The maker of analog chips used by automotive and industrial customers is seeing inventory levels largely normalize as supply and demand come into balance, the CEO says. Those lean inventory channels have seen bookings gradually improve over the past 18 months, which supports the company's view that "we've passed through the cyclical trough and the tide has turned in our favor," the CEO says.
