Kraft Heinz Exploring Sale of Plasmon Subsidiary, Reuters Reports

--Kraft Heinz is working with investment bank Houlihan Lokey on a sale of its Italian baby-food-business Plasmon, Reuters reports, citing people familiar with the matter.

--Binding offers for Plasmon are expected by March, the report said, according to one of the people.

--Kraft Heinz tried to sell the brand in 2019 but ultimately decided to keep it, according to the report.

--A spokesperson for Kraft Heinz and Houlihan Lokey declined Reuters's request for comment.
