Shunfeng International Clean Energy (HKG:1165) received a winding-up petition filed by True Bold Global at the Hong Kong High Court over an alleged outstanding financial obligation of approximately HK$289.1 million, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The company said that negotiations for a settlement are underway, and all legal options are being considered.
