Xero (ASX:XRO) appointed Claire Bramley as chief financial officer, effective April 1, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Current CFO Kirsty Godfrey-Billy will continue in the role until March 31 and will remain available till June for the transition, the filing said.
Shares of the company fell past 1% in recent Thursday trade.
